Tomorrow (Tuesday): Northern Ireland will have a wet and very windy day with severe gales possible in exposed places. Western Scotland, Wales and western England will start mainly dry, but it will soon become very windy with rain edging slowly in from the west during the afternoon. Eastern Scotland and eastern England will stay dry for most of the day, but early sunny intervals will give way to cloudy skies and a growing risk of rain. It will also feel cold in the strengthening south to south-east wind.
Oxfordshire: Any early bright or sunny spells will fade away as it becomes generally cloudy, although rain should hold off until after dark. A freshening south to south-east wind will make it feel cold. Max temp 7-9C (45-48F).
