MOTORWORLD Volvo's Botley Road showroom in Oxford has set up an interactive exhibition to highlight road safety issues and make people more aware of the dangers on the road.
It has been organised by Oxfordshire County Council's road safety group and the display asks members of the public to push buttons until they find the right answers to road situation dilemmas involving pedestrians, cyclists and motorists.
There's also a leaflet to allow people to ask their family and friends about the safety challenge.
The display at Motorworld has been arranged tp coincide with Volvo's celebration of the 40th anniversary of the three-point seatbelt, which was patented by a Volvo engineer.
In 1959, the Swedish car-maker fitted front seatbelts in all its cars.
Motorworld Volvo sales manager Brian Archibald said: "Many of our customers have been drawn to the display and have had a go.
"It's particularly useful because the display uses local road scenes in and around Oxford so people can imagine themselves in a given situation.
"Anything which draws attention to the potential dangers on the road and highlights who's at most risk is a worthwhile exercise," he added.
