Jacqueline Clark, who was seriously injured in a head-on road accident four years ago, has won an £80,000 compensation deal.
The mum-of-two was a passenger in a Vauxhall Astra, driven by her teenage daughter Georgia, which collided with another car on the B4011 near Bicester, on November 14, 1994.
She suffered serious injuries, including one to her right eye which resulted in blurred vision.
Mrs Clark, 50, who lives at Brook Lodge, Bicester Road, Oakley, near Thame, still suffers serious mobility problems .
She won the £80,000, out-of-court settlement plus costs in last-minute negotiations at London's High Court.
She had sued the driver of the other car, Harold Evans, of Morton Lane, Thame, whose insurers admitted liability on his behalf at an early stage.
