Barnet Res 0 WAYNE Edgcome, a traillist from Blyth Spartans, was on the mark for Oxford United in last night's Avon Insurance Combination win over Barnet at the Manor.
United gave trials to three hopefuls and another of them, Atherstone Town's Mark Albrighton, had a hand in the first goal in the second half. He headed down Joey Beauchamp's free kick for Rob Folland to head past Paul Smith.
Edgcome made it 2-0 after a brilliant run past three defenders by Beauchamp.
