A youngster's birthday was ruined when a thug hurled a brick into her house and injured an eight-year-old boy.
The lad was hit by flying glass, cutting his hands, after the brick smashed a front window during Lisa Vokins's tenth birthday party in Van Diemens Lane, Littlemore, Oxford.
Lisa's angry dad Julian Vokins, 37, said the brick showered shards of glass everywhere.
He added: "Lisa is devastated. The children were petrified. They were crying their eyes out. "It ruined the party - it had to be stopped and the police came round. It was outrageous."
Mr Vokins, a maintenance pipe fitter, said up until that point his daughter had been really enjoying her day.
Mum Julie, 36, had taken the kids to the cinema and McDonald's and Lisa was enjoying having her friends around.
Lisa's brother Gary, six, was also at the party along with three other children under the age of ten, who were shaken up by the incident. The injured eight-year-old, named only as Johnathan, had to be treated for his injuries at the scene but sustained only minor cuts to his hands.
Police are investigating the incident.
