GRESHAM Oxford Cheetahs are hoping their mechanical nightmare at King's Lynn on Wednesday is well and truly over when they take on Eastbourne Eagles in a Craven Shield speedway clash at Oxford Stadium tonight.
They have brought in Swindon's Glenn Cunningham as guest in place of Craig Boyce, who was forced to miss the midweek meeting because of chickenpox.
Ex-Cheetah Cunningham comes straight into the line-up at No 5.
Meanwhile, former Oxford favourite Martin Dugard will be riding with a fractured scaphoid and he will be joined another ex-Cheetahs star, Dean Barker, as they bid to end a disappointing spell that brought defeat three times this season.
Oxford: Wiltshire, Staechmann, Johnston, Hurry, Cunningham, Hare, Rossiter.
Eastbourne: Norris, Povazhny, Barker, Larsen, Dugard, Collyer, Stephens.
