CITROEN is giving a £1,000 cashback with all Xsara, Xantia and Synergie models, while any new Saxo driver can benefit from two years' free insurance, worth as much as £2,000 on the UK's most popular hot hatches - the Saxo VTR and VTS. The Xsara is now being fitted with standard anti-lock brakes across the range. Citroen says it performed better than the market in March and, with sales
of 13,519 cars, increased its share to 3.65 per cent. The UK performance helped CitroM- n achieve record sales of 109,200 units worldwide in March alone.
