Television's Jeremy Paxman will challenge Oxfordshire residents at the annual Battle of the Brains today (SAT APRIL 24) in aid of Macmillan Cancer relief.
Teams of eight, all wearing fancy dress, will compete at Lynham Hall, the Dragon School, Oxford, in the Battle of the Brain 1999.
Lucinda McFarlane, fundraising manager for Macmillan, said: "We are so grateful to Jeremy for the support he has given us over the years. He puts up with a lot of abuse at this event with people daring to challenge him, but as you can imagine, he puts them firmly in their place."
