A lucky number has made a dream come true for soon-to-be-married couple Claire Bond and Paul Scriver.
A lack of cash meant the couple had no plans for a luxury honeymoon after their June wedding. They had even started saving up for next year's holiday.
But a lucky raffle ticket means the couple, of Daubigny Mead, Brize Norton, can pack their suitcases and pick the destination of their choice.
They won a holiday as first prize in a raffle organised by nearby Clanfield primary school and have set their hearts on visiting Brittany in France. Claire, 19, said: "We are over the moon. We simply could not afford a honeymoon - we have no money at all.
"I couldn't believe it when our number came up. We would really like to go to Brittany, but as long as it is nice and hot we don't care too much."
The winning ticket was on a £1 programme which the couple bought at the school's six-a-side football tournament last week.
The competition featured veteran sides from Oxford United and Swindon Town, and among the players were the rival managers Malcolm Shotton and Jimmy Quinn. Paul, 23, a factory worker, said: "I bought the programme and didn't think much of it until the number was read out. We're both really pleased."
The prize, donated by Keycamp Holidays, means the couple can go away for seven days. They are hoping to travel as soon as possible after their wedding.
