A mother-of-two died when her car and a breakdown truck collided.
Sue Harris, 33, of Wykham Place, Banbury, was giving a friend a lift home from work when the accident happened at Thorpe Mandeville, near Banbury.
She and her husband, Martin, were due to celebrate their sixth wedding anniversary in two weeks' time with a Spanish holiday. Mrs Harris had two daughters from a previous marriage, Louisa, 15, and Vicky, 14.
The driver of the breakdown truck was unhurt and the car passenger was taken to the Horton Hospital in Banbury with head injuries.
The male passenger had to be cut free from the car by firefighters.
An inquest has been opened and adjourned.
