A householder couldn't believe her eyes when she spotted a nearly-naked man cavorting around from the back garden of her home, writes Michael Hambleton.
Kevin Thomas, 18, was "wearing a pair of women's transparent tights which did not hide anything," Roger Coventry, prosecuting, told Didcot magistrates.
Thomas, a cleaner, of Pebble Hill, Radley, was conditionally discharged for 12 months after admitting maliciously exposing his person to the annoyance of residents.
The court heard he was seen in Sandford Lane, Kennington, after a woman complained to police. They later found items of men's clothing scattered around a churchyard. Police caught up with Thomas after following him with a police dog.
Jane Watt, defending, said Thomas had no intention of annoying anyone.
Miss Watt said Thomas had been drinking before the incident on February 19. He had learning difficulties and lived independently in the community, although he was in regular contact with the local learning disability team.
She told the court: "He fully understands what he did was wrong", adding that he had apologised to the police for what happened.
The magistrates also ordered him to pay £45 costs.
