WYCOMBE Wanderers are expecting a crowd of around 3,000-3,500 for their FA Cup first-round tie against Oxford City next Saturday.
Officials at Adams Park report that ticket sales have been slow so far, but they expect them to pick up next week.
Wycombe press officer Alan Hutchinson said: "There has not been a great deal of interest, but I think people will turn out for it, without a shadow of a doubt.
"There are a lot of fans here who go back with the football club and remember very well the games that Wycombe and Oxford City had, although they were at the old ground."
Hutchinson added that they were expecting a smaller attendance than their average home gate of 5,400 as season-ticket holders' packages didn't include the FA Cup or Worthington Cup.
City fans are reminded that they can book their tickets by ringing the Wycombe hotline on 01494 441118 between 9am and 5pm. The Division 2 club are accepting credit card bookings, and City supporters - who will be behind the goal in the Hill Bottom stand - can collect their tickets from office No 1 on the day of the game.
Prices: adults £13; OAPS and students £12; children £9. Family enclosure - adults £10; OAPS and students £8; children £4.
City's special hotline for fans to book their places on supporters' coaches to the game is open again tomorrow from 10am-12 noon.
The cost is £4 and the hotline will also be open on Tuesday night (7-9pm). Supporters' coaches will leave Court Place Farm next Saturday at 1pm.
Any messages outside of these hours can be left on 01235 848556.
