Stars of stage and screen will be joined by Prince Michael of Kent and Dame Norma Major at Oxford's third Celebration of Christmas concert.
The event, at Christ Church Cathedral on Friday, December 3, will feature celebrity readers - Jeremy Paxman, Sue Lawley, Freddie Jones, Maria Aitken and Anton Rodgers.
The Bishop of Oxford, the Rt Rev Richard Harries, will take the service.
All proceeds will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Relief, which helps cancer patients and their families.
Lucinda McFarlane, fundraising manager for Macmillan, said: "Once again, we are so grateful to all our celebrity readers for giving up their time to support this event and very much hope the general public will come and join us. "It looks set to be a magical evening, supporting the work of Macmillan here in Oxfordshire.
"Last year, we raised over £22,000 and this year we are hoping to beat that."
Tickets for the event, which will start at 8pm, cost £12.50 and are available by phoning 01865 377666.
