Lund raced to victory in 2hrs 33mins 39 secs, to finish more than four minutes in front of clubmate Richard Shipway.

Greg Dell, another Woodstock runner, came third as the club raced away with the men's team honours.

The ladies race was won by Katrina White, from Milton Keynes, who broke the magical three-hour barrier. She finished nearly three minutes ahead of second-placed Lisa Godding-Fletham, of White Horse Harriers.

The ladies' team title went to Reading Road Runners.
