**Manoj Parmar stole the show with 4-49 and an unbeaten century to give Thame a four-wicket win at second-placed Challow & Childrey. Opting to bat first, Challow were restricted to 186-8, Blair Copelin making a cultured 64 and Pat Field weighing in with 33 as Parmar and Rob Brooks (3-54) pinned down their teammates. **Stewart Laudat hit an unbeaten 86 to steer Rover Cowley to a five-wicket win over Leighton Buzzard. Laudat, who was well supported by captain Martin Oliver (30), clinched victory with a majestic six over the clubhouse and into the car park as Rovers eased home at 184-5 with only 36 of the allotted 50 overs having been bowled. Laudat had earlier bowled with great fire, but no luck as Buzzard posted 181-9 thanks to a well-judged 49 from skipper Lee Selfe (49) and 37 by Rob Ferguson. Nawaz Ali (4-57) and Reg Finch (3-52) reaped the benefit of Laudat's hostility.

Then, after Richard Hawkins (53) and John Wright (32) had set Twenty on their way, Partington and Dave Clark hit 37 not out apiece to secure victory. Steve Slade took 3-93 for Cumnor.
