YEE Haa! There's a wedding at high noon!
Bride Kirren Hurn and her new husband Reg Raven are not only besotted with each other but with country and western too.
And on Saturday the couple tied the knot wearing full Mexican costume, while the guests crowded into Oxford Register Office, in Tidmarsh Lane, wearing stetsons and cowboy boots.
Reg, 44, and Kirren, 33, of Mortimer Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, were introduced to country and western by Kirren's stepfather Nicholas Robertson.
Reg said: "We went to one do with him and thought we could really get into it."
Now the couple travel around Britain to country and western festivals in a caravan which doubles as a wardrobe to carry the vast collection of costumes they have accumulated during the four years they have been together.
Reg and Kirren even plan to spend their honeymoon at a country and western festival in Weston-super-Mare.
At the hoe down reception, held at Wolvercote Royal British Legion club, Reg steered clear of square dancing and line dancing I think I've got two left feet," he said.
