Classic Press Cherwell League Division 3B round-up

**Cropredy, who are making a habit of nail-biting finishes, scored the winning run against Didcot in the final over, with their last pair at the crease. After Julian Hitchman scored 83 in Didcot's 200-6, Cropredy started well through Ralph Orchard (47) and Richard Lynch (42). But the rot set in and it was left to Geoff Barrett (60 no) to guide the tail home, despite the panic of a couple run-outs.

Points: Cropredy 30, Didcot 18

**Aston Rowant dismissed Bletchingdon for 178, as Wesley Merrick captured 6-59. Dave Ridgeley then scored 58 as Rowant reached 180-6 in reply.

Points: Bletchingdon 13, Aston Rowant 30

**Stanton St John Willows piled up 209-6 against Dinton 2nd thanks to Steve Evans (69) and Julian Francis (61). Then Terry Kelloway continued his good form with 65 and Brian Piggott hit a fluent 56 as Dinton coasted home by seven wickets.

**Henley 2nd's 134 all out turned out to be more than enough for Morris Motors in a low-scoring match. Ali Shah (5-38) and Fazal (4-40) shared the bowling honours for Motors, who then subsided to 112 all out.
