Banbury's leadership of the league lasted just one week as they fell to Beaconsfield.
They paid the penalty for not using the whole of their available overs against a mediocre side at Wilton Park on Saturday.
Asked to bat first on a poor pitch, they were dismissed for just 155. The innings was built around a second-wicket partnership of 51 in 13 overs between Mark Barratt and Craig Haupt.
Barratt was the pick of the visitors' batting, his 45 taking only 59 balls and including six fours and a six.
