A pint and a word of wisdom is the latest addition to the menu at a village pub.
Keith and Barbara Edwards, who run The Fox in Boars Hill, have given pub philosophers a chance to bare their souls.
The Board for Philosophical Thought sits in pride of place in the pub and anyone who feels they have some great thoughts to communicate can do so. To start it off, Keith chose Samuel Jackson's quote on the importance of pubs: "There is nothing which has yet been contrived by man by which so much happiness is produced as by a good tavern or inn."
Keith said: "There is a long-standing tradition of pub table philosophy and we want to give our regulars chance to share their thoughts."
