Detailed plans have been submitted for the redevelopment of Oxford United's Manor Ground home.
Nuffield Hospital Trust wants to transfer the Acland Hospital to the site, and property developer Bellway Homes plans 90 new flats at the ground.
The project involves demolishing all football-related buildings.
The three-storey hospital would cover 6,800 sq m and include an underground car park for 152 vehicles, plus 18 spaces above ground.
Drivers would access the underground car park from beech Road and exit into Osler Road. The apartments would be two or three storeys high and include a car park for 72 spaces, plus an underground car park for 38 cars, accessed from Beech Road.
An area for a public open space, landscaping and a cycle route from London Road to Cuckoo Lane would also be included.
Oxford City Council's planning committee is expected to discuss the scheme in about eight weeks.
