Oxfordshire face an anxious wait to discover if they have qualified for the quarter-finals of the Middleton Cup.
They kept themselves in the hunt in Group 3A at Banbury Central thanks to a superb win over the Isle of Wight. Now they will discover their fate this Saturday when the result of the remaining Hampshire v Berkshire match is known.
Berkshire, who dented Oxon's hopes with a 130-115 victory over them the previous week, lost to Bucks last Saturday and if they beat Hampshire by 16-6 or better this week, Oxon will top the table.
Oxon were in superb form against the Isle of Wight, winning by 63 shots and picking up 20 points to the Islanders' two.
