Bicester & North Oxford's hopes of moving up the table were thwarted by the rain which cost them a possible victory at Radlett on Saturday.
Chasing a target of 197, made off 63 overs after 18 minutes' play was lost at the start, Bicester's innings was reduced by 13 overs after a rain delay of 62 minutes.
As rules do not allow for a reduced run target for the side batting second, Bicester had to settle for a draw with their score on 111-5. Paul Jeacock bowled 25 consecutive overs for figures of 5-61 in the Radlett innings, which included half-centuries for Nick Fielden and Jahangir.
Graham Savin also bowled well, picking up 3-62.
Fielden was dropped on one and two other chances also went down, but on the plus side for Bicester, wicketkeeper Ian Hawtin made two smart stumpings.
Bicester got off to a solid start as James France and Hawtin put on 37.
Rob Williams then joined France and Bicester looked on course for a win at 101-2 despite the rain delay.
However, when Williams departed for 37 off 35 balls, the visitors lost four quick wickets and shut up shop.
