A FAST-growing firm is on the lookout for 60 new staff following its move to Oxford, writes David Duffy.
Business services firm the Advanced Alchemy Group set up business in Grove, near Wantage, last year and has now moved to Newtec Place off Magdalen Road, Oxford.
Managing director Carlo Tortora-Brayda said: "The move to Oxford has come about through exponential growth and will allow the group to expand even further.
"Last April, we won the Greatest Employment Potential award and we are true to our word. We are currently looking to recruit 50 to 60 researchers and operations staff based at our offices in Oxford, over the next four months.
"Clearly we are in full recruitment mode with vacancies in all fields including human resources, production, field and internal sales, telemarketing, research, analysts and marketing."
Earlier this year Mr Tortora-Brayda, 30, won a special runner-up award and 500 at the South East regional final of the Shell LiveWire Young Business StartUp Awards for his firm.
It provides a range of specialist information technology marketing research and business consultancy services to companies throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr Tortora-Brayda, who holds a business engineering degree in information systems engineering, plans to open more offices in California and Malaysia.
He said he intends to use part of his company's profits to set up schools and hospitals in under-developed countries.
He also plans to float his company on the US Nasdaq technology stock exchange in 2006.
Group marketing manager Chris Price said the firm had a sound understanding of European, Middle East and African markets, providing companies with everything from advertising, public relations, research and market intelligence to E-marketing, telemarketing, database management and marketing consultancy.
