Kidlington put their name on the Kingston Bagpuize TNT Cider Knockout Cup for the first time after a five-wicket win over Aston Rowant in the final.
Rowant lost two quick wickets before Wesley Morrick steadied the innings, helped by Steve Moseley and Andy Levick.
Four batsmen were run out as they reached 112-9 in their 20 overs.
Kidlington did just what was required in reply, with man-of-the-match John Kitson (48), who was eventually out to a superb catch by Lee Lewis, forming the backbone of their reply.
They reached their target for the loss of five wickets, with three balls to spare.
