Tom Penfold, the Oxfordshire Under 17 1500m and 3000m champion, finished a fine third in his age group at the South of England 3000m Championships at Watford.
Another White Horse Harrier, Frances Briscoe, ran an 800m in 2.17.2 in an open meeting at Gloucester, knocking 2.6secs off her previous personal best.
Hannah Rhodes, competing for her second claim club, ran a pb in the under 13 150m at Cheltenham in a time of 24.6. Last week, older sister Fleur ran a pb in the under 17 100m with 12.9 at Andover. Not to be outdone, middle sister Josephine ran a pb in the 200m at Cheltenham in 31.2.
