One of Oxford's major shopping centres has changed hands in an 80m deal.
A subsidiary of the Nat West Bank's staff pension fund has sold the Clarendon Centre to a newly-created partnership set up to invest in the centre.
The 150,000 sq ft centre has just been revamped at a cost of 5m. The work included new lighting, new entrance doors and new finishes.
New tenants such as GAP, H Samuel and French Connection have joined existing fashion outlets including River Island, Etam, Claire's Accessories, Ravel and Allsports.
