Witney Town have announced a host of new signings - including wing back Terry Morrisey, the player whom they were found guilty of making an illegal approach for last season which cost them a 200 fine.
The FA slapped the fine on Town after Oxford City referred them to the FA for making two seven-day approaches for the player - which was in breach of the rules.
Morrisey subsequently joined Clanfield and Thame United.
Kevin Willetts, a vastly-experienced left back who has played for Kidderminster and Cheltenham and was with Worcester City last season, heads Town's other new signings.
He has won representative honours with the England semi-professional side and will help out new manager Brian Hughes.
Witney's boss has also recruited three players from Shortwood United - defenders Chris Murray and Phil Ward and striker Craig Cole.
Young goalkeeper Tom King, another former Shortwood player who finished last season with Gloucester City, has also signed up.
Midfielder Tom Radcliffe has been snapped up from Tuffley Rovers, and other signings are in the pipeline - with a former Conference player set to join the Marriotts Stadium club.
Witney, meanwhile, have another friendly tonight when they visit Evesham.
