Carterton are the new Kennington Bowls Specialists Oxford & District League champions after a comfortable win over relegated City & County.
With one more round of matches to go, it leaves Summertown and Banbury Central to contest the runners-up slot, with the two sides doing battle on the Banbury green.
Either Thame or South Oxford will join City & County in being relegated to Division 2 next season.
Promoted Rover managed to take four points at East Oxford, but it wasn't enough to stop West Witney going up as Division 2 champions.
Banbury Chestnuts are the new champions of Division 3 after winning the Division 4 title last season.
Cotswold had a crucial win at home to Chipping Norton to give themselves a great chance of staying in the third division.
Nothing is decided yet in Division 4, with either Charlbury, Witney Town or Morris Motors looking most likely to claim the top two positions.
