Engineering group TI, based in Abingdon, saw a 35 per cent surge in sales in the first half of the year boosted by 1.5bn worth of acquisitions over the last two years.
The company said sales rose to 1.68bn in the six months to June 30 compared with 1.25bn in the same period last year.
It added that all its acquisitions, including its Walbro automotive systems which it bought in 1999, were being successfully integrated into the group.
