A football club has been targeted by vandals on the eve of the new soccer season.
Vandals broke into the Bicester Town FC's changing room and damaged locks, doors and cupboards, causing hundreds of pounds of damage.
A mountain bike belonging to a player was also stolen.
With the new Hellenic League season due to kick-off in a week's time, the club has offered a 100 reward for information leading to the arrest of the vandals.
Club chairman William Hammond branded the vandalism a "disgrace".
He said: "We are a small club with little money to spare, and something like this happens. "They obviously spotted the mountain bike through one of the windows, broke in, and then thrashed the place."
Mr Hammond said the club could not afford to install security alarms and he appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Pc Craig Entwistle, of Bicester police, added: "This burglary and the damage is a blow to the club just a few days before the start of the new season."
