Great & Little Tew got the better of a draw against fellow strugglers Kingston Bagpuize to swap places in the bottom three.
The Tews made 216-5 with Paul Catling (53), Keith Melksham (41 no), Steve Clayton (38) and John Edgington (35 no) all scoring well as Barry Collis took 3-94.
Then, only in-form Martin Shepherd (63) made any impression for Bagpuize as they batted out time in reaching 148-7, Melksham taking 4-53.
