OXFORD City are carrying out ground improvements at Court Place Farm costing in excess of 20,000.
The bulk of the improvements are being funded by an FA grant which City received following their successful FA Cup run last season.
City, who took Wycombe to three games before bowing out of the competition in the first round proper, received the grant as one of the clubs who reached that stage of the competition without being featured on TV.
The FA specify that the cash must be spent on ground improvements and not other areas of the club.
It takes City's spending on improving Court Place Farm which is owned by Oxford City Council to more than 100,000.
Now City have installed an automatic watering system which waters everything bar the centre circle and a back-up lighting system to allow spectators to exit the ground safely in case of a power failure.
Access for fans by the players' tunnel is being improved.
A new programme hut and club shop has been purchased and City are covering the ends of the stands for fans'comfort.
City chairman Mick Woodley said: "The important thing is that we are continuing to develop what we see as a community facility. Our view is that we always try and improve the ground."
