Taxpayers have been bitterly disappointed when logging on to the Inland Revenue's new self-assessment Internet e-filing service, says the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Chas Roy-Chowdhury, ACCA's head of taxation, said taxpayers have been irritated by the slow processes used in registering and sending tax returns over the Internet.
