Two students at Oxford Brookes School of Architecture have been awarded special Royal Institute of British Architects Southern Region Awards for outstanding work, writes Sarah Parker.
Jennifer Roberts, a sixth year diploma student won the Regional award of 100 for all round excellence and Tamsin Dzuw Waterston was awarded The Leslie Jones Memorial Prize of 100, for showing the most understanding of the construction implications of her designs.
Jennifer is now looking for a placement in London and has an interest in urban design, Tamsin is hoping to study for a Masters next year at Oxford Brookes and combine this with a part-time placement within private practice.
