Observatory can continue his progression through racing's ranks with success in the Group 2 Celebration Mile at Goodwood tomorrow.
The John Gosden-trained three-year-old Three Points and Swallow Flight at this course on his latest start, looking as if he would be even better suited by this step up to a mile.
He had previously beaten Umistim in the Group 3 Jersey Stakes at Royal Ascot a race which has thrown up a host of subsequent winners.
Kuwait Trooper, trained by Gerard Butler at Blewbury, caught the eye when a staying-on fifth in the Gordon Stakes on his most recent start. Upped in trip, he can take the Sport on 5 March Stakes (2.15).
The form of that Group 3 run received a massive boost at York this week with the runner-up Air Marshall winning the Great Voltigeur and fourth-placed Give The Slip taking the Tote Ebor. At Newmarket, Prince Millennium takes the eye in the Tote Trifecta Nursery (4.10).
Richard Hannon's charge was fancied to make a winning debut at Chester in May, but finished lame and was not seen out again for another two and a half months, when he looked green in finishing sixth in a hot maiden won by subsequent Richmond Stakes winner Endless Summer.
He finished third on his most recent start at Chepstow, and looks to be on a handy mark here.
