Classic Press Cherwell League - Division 2
Oxford Downs clinched the second promotion spot by virtue of having gained more bonus points than Bourton Vale after they both finished on 394 points.
Downs secured the runners-up spot with a five-wicket win at Great & Little Tew after the home side had amassed 184-8.
Melvin Riley was Tew's top-scorer with 73 as Luke List (4-48) and Richard Gauntlett (4-60) shared the wickets.
Tim Sutton then orchestrated Downs' reply with an unbeaten 58.
