Opposition to new plans to redevelop canalside land will be tested at a public meeting.
W Lucy and Co wants to build 45 flats and 22 houses and 253 car park spaces on the site of its Eagle Iron Works in Walton Well Road, Jericho, Oxford.
New premises for business and leisure use are also planned.
The proposed work would see partial demolition of existing buildings and retaining a wall of the Oxford Canal.
A meeting to seek views of residents will be held on Thursday, September 14, at 7.30pm at St Barnabas' School, Hart Street, Jericho.
