Bicester & North Oxford are at full strength for their trip to struggling Luton.
This would have been a relegation showdown had Bicester not secured their Premier Division status by beating Radlett last week.
"It's a big relief to be safe at last," said Bicester skipper Darryl Woods.
"We deserve it because we've not lost for the last five weeks when the pressure has been really on us."
Luton can still stay up, but only if they win and Radlett fail to get a point away to Finchampstead.
