Witney Town manager Brian Hughes is set to sign playing forms to give his shell-shocked squad a boost following their FA Cup exit.

Hughes, 38, said: "I have been badgered by Kevin Willetts and Keith Knight to sign and play. I have resisted so far, but I probably will do now."

If he does, he would be available for the trip to Chelmsford City in the Eastern Division tomorrow. Centre backs Darren McCluskey (knee) and Steve Tavinor (dead leg) face fitness tests after picking up knocks in last Saturday's 3-0 Cup defeat by Beaconsfield.
