Milton Utd 1, Highworth Tn 5

New Milton manager Dave Dawson saw his team lead Saturday's Premier Division game until 27 minutes from time only to ship five goals in the closing stages.

Jamie Everied's scrambled goal in the 23rd minute put Milton ahead, and for much of the game the bottom club stroked the ball around with confidence against the leaders.

But once Justin Miller lobbed young Milton keeper Gareth Walker after 63 minutes to equalise, the confidence drained away.

Tricky winger Pete Moss bagged Highworth's second in the 73rd minute and others followed from Keith Walker, Jon Reeves and Moss again.

Swindon Supermarine 3, Carterton Tn 0

Carterton, without four regulars, had no answer to a well-organised Supermarine side. The home side went ahead through Tom Jones on 20 minutes and two more followed before the break via the head of big centre half Pete Farrow.

Carterton keeper Jake Eggby picked up a knock in the first half and was replaced in goal by Craig Dore, who did well to prevent the home side from adding to their tally.

Phil Rodney, Andy Leach, Andy Henry and Paul Sherwood all had shots saved as Carterton battled in vain.

Fairford Tn 1, North Leigh 2

After a slow start to the season, North Leigh are beginning to look the business and fully deserved their victory over a hard-working Fairford.

Jamie Jackson set up Justin Timms to slot home North Leigh's opener in the 14th minute, but they had to wait until the 68th minute for their second, an angled shot rifled home by midfield dynamo Nick Hughes.

Fairford battled back and substitute Paul Johnson headed in a corner to set up a tense final ten minutes, but North Leigh held on. ______________________

Letcombe 3, Easington Sp 1

Letcombe kept up their unbeaten record with their fifth consecutive Division 1 West victory to move into third place in the table.

They took the lead when an excellent through ball from Matty Goddard released Sean McCullough, who side-footed past the keeper.

After half-time, Mike Kimber drove in No 2 before Easington's Andy Parsons reduced the deficit. Letcombe made the game safe with a great individual goal from David Smart.

Malmesbury Vic 2, Clanfield 5

Clanfield, with several players back from injury, picked up three much-needed points at Malmesbury.

After conceding a breakaway goal, Clanfield went ahead through Steve Wright and Kevin Alcraft, only for Clanfield keeper Paul Woolford to concede a penalty.

However, Neil Barrett made it 3-2 before the break and second-half goals from Barrett and David Cross clinched the victory.

Cirencester Utd 0, Headington Am 1

Headington dominated after the first 15 minutes but had to wait until ten minutes from the end for the only goal when Ben Wales scored from close range following a corner.

Having been reduced to ten men when Gavin Brandram was controversially sent off, Headington had an escape in injury time when goalkeeper Tony Williams produced a magnificent save from a disputed penalty. Middle Barton 3, Worcester Coll OB 1

Middle Barton came back from a goal down to claim the points against Old Boys.

A quickly-taken free kick by Tutton put the visitors in front at the break, but Middle Barton rallied and, after Gordon Bedford was brought down in the box, Ian Fraser scored from the spot.

John Umney made it 2-1 with a low drive and Fraser's fine solo effort sealed the verdict.

Ardley Utd 2, Kidlington 0

Two goals from Steve Tucker earned Ardley the points but it could have been a different story had John Paul Hannaway made the most of his chances in the first half.

Tucker put the home team ahead in the 52nd minute when what looked like a cross found its way into the top corner of the net, and a defensive error gave him a second. Witney Academy 0, Gloucester Utd 3

Gloucester had too much experience for the young Academy side who held the leaders for 45 minutes before goals from Julian Freeman, Colin Peacey and Gary Esson killed them off.

Quarry Nomads 3, Aston Clinton 0

Leaders Quarry maintained their undefeated record in Division 1 East, but had to battle hard.

Quarry went in 2-0 up at half-time with goals from Gary Bastable and Darren Henderson, and Bastable's second after the interval wrapped up the points.
