Experiened defender Keith Knight is doubtful for Witney Town's clash with Spalding United in the Eastern Division at Marriotts Stadium.

Knight pulled a hamstring in last Saturday's 2-0 win at Sittingbourne.

New signings, midfielder Mike Cook, from Weston-super-Mare, and striker Andy Keveran, from Harrow Hill, are included again, but there is no place for goal machine Carl Henry.

Manager Brian Hughes said: "He has basically been 15th man for our last couple of matches. He didn't play last Saturday and then he got injured playing on Sunday, but he needs to be fitter and sharper."

Midfielder Jon Corbett is still struggling to overcome his ankle injury as Banbury United bid to stretch their unbeaten run in the Eastern Division when they visit Langney Sports.

However, left back Aidey Fuller returns after sering a one-match ban.

Banbury, who will be seeking revenge after losing 2-0 at home to Eastbourne-based Langney earlier this season, will again be looking to in-form striker Matty Gooderick.

Player-manager Kevin Brock commented: "He is doing very well. His performance last Saturday was as good as any since he has played for us."
