Goalkeeper Jake Eggby has gone from hero to zero after being booted out by Carterton Town.
Eggby was the toast of the Hellenic League club after making some inspired saves as Carterton dumped Thame United out of the FA Cup in a penalty shoot-out last month.
But since then, he has reportedly failed to turn up for some games, and now manager Andy Slater has decided to dispense with his services.
Jeremy Winter will be between the sticks for tomorrow's first round tie at home to Premier Division rivals Cirencester Academy.
New signing Andy Dickinson, a midfielder from the RAF, comes into the squad, but Scott Taylor is missing and there are also injury doubts about Craig Dore, Tristan Didcock, James Mortimer-Jones, Paul Sherwood and Terry Merriman.
Abingdon United are expecting a tough game at home to Sussex League Division 1 side East Preston and must do without Jason Maciak. Bicester Town take a full-strength squad to Ryman League Hornchurch. However, Mickey Marshall, who snubbed an offer to join local rivals Brackley Town this week following their seven-day approach, is rated only 50-50.
AFC Wallingford travel to last year's Ryman Division 2 champions Hemel Hempstead Town, having won seven of their last eight matches.
