Patients were being seen as normal after a fire-damaged surgery was given the all-clear.
Smoke damage caused by the fire, in the early hours of Monday, meant the North Bicester Surgery had to close for repairs and cleaning.
An emergency phone line was set up and patients called to rearrange appointments, while other surgeries were contacted to offer support.
Geraint Griffiths, chief executive of North-East Oxfordshire Primary Care Group, said: "Staff have rallied round to ensure minimum disruption and, while there is still a small amount of cleaning up to do, things are now back to normal."
