Oxon & North Bucks, having been promoted to Division 1, were relegated in this year's competition at Ponds Forge, Sheffield.
Following a number of withdrawals from the team originally selected, Oxon & North Bucks finished in 17th place - the highest scoring of the four teams to go down.
They were in action with teams from 33 other English counties, together with three regional teams from Scotland and two from Wales.
The programme was staged simultaneously in the two 25m pools, with the ten-laned pools being used to stage each event over two rounds for the respective divisions.
The county's two best swims both came from 15-year-old Craig Gibbons, who produced two personal best times to give him first place in the boys' 14/15 100m butterfly with 58.88, and second place in the 100m backstroke with 1.00.68.
Also in sparkling form was 15-year-old Victoria Reading, whose time of 1.04.82 gave her second place in the girls' 14/15 100m backstroke.
City of Oxford's Katie Scott also achieved a personal best time with 1.00.55 for the girls' 16/17 100m freestyle.
