Oxford soaked up long preriods of pressure to secure a 23-7 victory in this tough Bucks, Berks and Oxon Division 1 derby.
Littlemore's frustration at not turning possession into points boiled over in the last minute when prop Carl Wright was sent off for foul play.
An early try by centre Nick Obolensky, plus a conversion and penalty from Dave Ralson, gave Oxford a 10-0 half-time lead.
They immediately extended their advantage when Tim Holdsworth's up-and-under was caught by Obolensky - in a contest with Littlemore's full back Alan Buckingham - and he sent winger Matthew Terry over for a try in the corner.
A try by full back Caro Wild and another Ralson penalty put Oxford in complete command.
Littlemore were rewarded with a converted consolation try, before Wright's departure.
