Poor defending at line-outs led to Banbury's Midland Division 1 defeat at Kenilworth.
Two of the Kenilworth tries came direct from line-out takes near the Banbury goalline, as they took a 22-6 first-half lead.
Their tries came from Kiwi prop Hookey Wilson (2) and right winger Steve Ramus, while Bulls had just two penalties from Stuart Viggers to show for their efforts.
Banbury, still without their 6ft 10in Wales international Derwyn Jones because of injury, suffered a further blow when prop Lee Perkins was sin-binned.
The hosts took full advantage when centre Wayne Morgan scythed through some indifferent Banbury tackling to touch down.
Banbury second row Dave Phipps was then sin-binned for persistent infringements, before the visitors rallied in the last quarter to be rewarded with a try by Viggers, which he converted himself.
