There was a County Championship double for Witney Roadrunners in Sunday's Abingdon Marathon.
Tony Lock and Sally Pitts both won Oxfordshire marathon titles.
Lock, in a personal best time of 2.43.27, finished sixth overall, while Pitts was third lady overall in a time of 3.09.30.
The winner of the men's race was Nigel Payne (Leicester), who completed 26-plus mile contest, which started and ended at Tilsley Park, in 2 hrs 37 mins. Joy Noad (Maidenhead) won the women's race.
Woodstock Harriers' Tom Glare was the first Oxfordshire Veteran 40 runner to cross the line and was second overall in this category.
Chilly conditions faced the 270 entrants who competed Blenheim 10K race held around the Duke of Marlborough's estate at Woodstock on Sunday. Richard Frame, of White Horse Harriers, came eighth in 36 mins 25 secs.
The first Thame runner home in 41.17 was Darren Joliffe who claimed 31st place. He was followed by Tony Ferris, in 38th position, in 41.57.
Witney Roadrunner Paul Thomas recorded a personal best when he completed the Great North Run half marathon distance in 1 hrs 26 mins 40 secs. Clubmate Kate Worrall came home in 1.48.00.
Pete Wilson of White Horse Harriers, was 16th in the Stroud Half Marathon.
