Brize Norton, of the Witney & District FA, hammered Senior League side Yarnton 10-0 in the first round.
Mike Haynes and Paul Coles both helped themselves to hat-tricks for the Premier Division leaders.
Ducklington, also of the Witney & District FA, won 2-1 at Banbury outfit Sinclair United.
A rare headed goal from Paul Gill put Ducklington in front and after Sinclair had levelled, sub Mark Jewell hooked home the winner in the final quarter.
It was a similar scenario as another Witney side, Enstone, had a fine 2-1 victory over Banbury club Ruscote Sports with goals from Travis Rolls and Dave Stevens.
Adderbury Park, last year's runners-up, opened their bid to go on better with a convincing 3-0 victory over fellow Senior League Premier side Marston Saints.
Park's Lee Harris broke the deadlock in the second half with a free kick which took a wicked deflection before looping into the net past the stranded keeper.
Once ahead, Park never looked back and striker Tim Bullard soon increased the lead before a Mark Farniss header completed an impressive victory.
In an another all-Senior League clash, Oxford University Press swept aside Bletchingdon 4-0 with goals from John Brown (2), Geoff Adby and Stuart Simpson.
