A new-look youth arts centre opened its doors to the public after 12 months of rebuilding work.
Work began on the Courtyard Centre, in Launton Road, Bicester, shortly after it received a National Lottery grant of 491,603 last year.
Improvements include a new performance space, refurbished rooms for meetings and exhibitions as well as an overhead walkway which is linked to a disabled lift facility.
An alcohol-free cafe has also been built for young people who will use the centre for a range of activities including theatre workshops and music.
Bicester Mayor Debbie Pickford was among those invited to the official opening, which was performed by the chairman of Cherwell District Council, Catharine Fulljames.
Anna Francis, Cherwell District Council's arts officer for Bicester, said: "It's fantastic what has been achieved."
