Launton Ladies turned on the style away to newly-promoted Slough Town, winning 4-0 in the Southern Region Premier Division.
New signing Cher Beesley, who has experience with Oxford and Southampton, played an important part in a convincing victory.
Angie Harriott led the way with a hat-trick and Anita Groves netted the fourth.
Carterton Rangers Ladies made the trip to Wycombe worthwhile with a hard-fought 4-1 victory in the Southern Region Northern Division.
Despite conceding an early goal, Rangers stepped up the pressure and equalised with a superb lob by Sam Shaw.
They then took control of the game and added further goals through Alison Wakefield, Emma Hayes and Sara Holmes to run out emphatic winners.
